RETURNS POLICY

Our returns and refund policy is valid 14 days since you received your order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

REFUND

You will receive your refund either through store credit or on the same card that you used to pay for your order. It usually takes around 3-20 business days for the store credit/money to arrive.

RETURNING AN ITEM

CONDITIONS

• Any returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It is essential that you package the item(s) in their original packing with all tags attached.

• Item(s) covered in animal and or human hair will not be accepted.

• Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed, with no prominent smells, blemishes, stains, tears/rips or signs of wear, unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.

• If the returned items fail these conditions, we reserve the right to either issue no refund or a partial refund.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Your order number

• Which item(s) is/are damaged

• Details of the damaged item(s)

• Photographic evidence

• Whether you want to have your item(s) exchanged or refunded

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges. We only replace faulty/incorrect items. In case you change your mind, you may return your item(s) for refund.

SHIPPING POLICY

At Liyo Athletics, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

HANDLING PERIOD

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

SHIPPING TIME

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

A standard rate of US$ 15 will be charged for orders below US$ 100 but free shipping can be claimed for orders exceeding US$ 100. This applies to the following countries: Greece Mexico Philippines Singapore South Korea

A standard rate of US$ 20 to US$ 30 will be charged, depending on the country of destination, for orders below US$ 150, but free shipping can be claimed for orders exceeding US$ 150. This applies to the following countries: Austria Denmark Ireland Israel Italy Portugal Russia Saudi Arabia Turkey Ukraine

TRACKING

It is not uncommon for no tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by our carriers. It might remain blank for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. Please constantly check and message our team at support@liyoathletics.com should you need any further assistance.

IMPORT TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES, AND OTHER FEES

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Liyo Athletics has no control over these charges, nor can Liyo Athletics predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
